Pads 3 & 4 Construction of two wood frame/lath & plaster clay tile roof buildings totaling 23,500 SF.  Pad 9 Construction of a 8,000 SF wood framed/lath & plaster building with clay tile roof and the tenant improvement for a bank. The project also included extensive columns with stonework, public restrooms, associated site work, paving and landscaping.

Built a 31,921 SF two-story retail center which included all site improvements, and full tenant construction for Ortho Mattress, Quick Signs, Washington Cleaners and a copier service.

Built a 22,000 SF retail center which included signalization, offsite street improvements, and the construction of a wood frame stucco building with tenant improvements.

3045 S Archibald Ave, Ontario, CA 91761 Construction of four wood frame stucco buildings with clay tile roofs, totaling 83,404 SF.  The project included site work, storm drains, paving, and landscaping.

2122 SE Bristol St, Newport Beach, CA 92660 Design and construction of a 6,500 SF wood frame/lath & plaster multi-tenant building with a built-up roof and a full glass storefront system.  The two rear retail units total 4,000 SF and the front Burger King space comprised 2,500 SF and included a health department approved kitchen, dining area and restrooms.

20382 Newport Blvd, Santa Ana, CA 92707 Completed a remodel of the existing building exterior for a 8,800 SF retail center including the tenant improvements for the entire center.
