555 E Hardy St, Inglewood, CA 90301 This negotiated OSHPD project included demolition, new radiology exam room with lead shielding, fire sprinklers, control room, new GE Discovery XR656 Imaging System, dressing rooms, restroom, and ADA upgrades.

150 W Rte 66, Glendora, CA 91740 This OSHPD project consisted of the replacement of overhead lights in two operating rooms including new above ceiling structural support systems to meet seismic mounting upgrade requirements.

1350 W Covina Blvd, San Dimas, CA 91773 This project consisted of a new data room with a split system and the installation of a new telemetry monitoring system in the ER and ICU and includes behind wall seismic mounting upgrades.  The project also includes electrical service to the data room.

11500 Brookshire Ave, Downey, CA 90241 This OSHPD project consisted of an approximate 25,000 SF Refresh throughout the 2nd. floor patient rooms and support services areas of an active hospital and included new flooring, wall covering, ceiling tiles, casework with seismic backing, finishes and paint. The project also included remodeling of two nurses stations, radiology suite and pharmacy.
