At INDECON Builders we recognize that bio-medical industry facility construction can be highly challenging due to logistical constraints, stringent air quality controls, and cleanliness guidelines. These projects require an additional level of planning and experience in order to complete projects in a cost-effective and timely manner. Our skilled team has over 20 years of experience managing bio-medical facilities, including labs at Hycor Medical and chip manufacturing with Broadcom.
BIO-MEDICAL
INDECON Builder's commercial construction experience covers everything from freestanding, 2-story office buildings, to multiple-building complexes with parking structures. INDECON Builders understands the challenges that office buildings pose. Our team understands all the complex structures of office buildings including modern frame steel buildings, brace frames, and wood structures. Our team has the experience to manage the site logistics to the sequencing of the structural steel assembly. We understand the commission procedures for LEED building, and have the experience to understand the complex MEP systems that are often installed in new office buildings. INDECON Builder's team has built office buildings ranging from the Main Street Center 2-story building in Irvine, to the Impac Center 7-story building and four-story parking structure.
OFFICE
At INDECON Builders, we understand that manufacturing facilities require a versatile and creative general contractor who understands the challenges that come with the manufacturing of a product. Our team has the knowledge and ability to work within this challenging environment, and has experience working in everything from food manufacturing facilities to textile plants. Our focus is to help the customer achieve their goal for an optimal manufacturing facility with the least amount of downtime during construction.

Whether remodeling the existing pharmacy located in Downey Hospital while remaining open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, or fully renovating a radiology suite, INDECON Builders has lengthy experience navigating OSHPD 1 regulations. While ensuring assurance that proper infectious control measures are in place, we take pride in creating a clean and working environment for the existing hospital staff, and incoming patients and family.

INDECON Builders has a proven track record in providing tenant improvement services. This includes everything from new interior office spaces to refresh and remodel of a 2nd-story hospital wing. Our team treats each project with cleanness and quality. During each tenant improvement project, our superintendent establishes an ongoing punch list that is updated weekly with the subcontractors to ensure a minimal or zero punch list at the end of each project, resulting in a straightforward adherence to approved budgets INDECON Builders works closely with the owner’s property manager to ensure for a smooth and non-impactive environment for existing tenants
during the construction process.
